Acceptance of Terms

Account Suspension and Closure

lvvip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account — with or without prior notice — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply.

• Breach of Terms: Any material breach of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to bonus abuse, multiple account creation, use of automated tools, or misrepresentation of personal information.

• Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile financial service provider without first seeking resolution through the lvvip support process. Accounts subject to chargebacks will be suspended pending investigation, and any outstanding balance may be withheld.
• Inactivity: Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. lvvip will attempt to contact the registered account holder before applying any inactivity policy. Any remaining balance in an inactive account will be handled in accordance with applicable financial regulations.
• Player-Requested Closure: Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Following closure, any remaining balance will be returned to the verified withdrawal method on file after the completion of standard KYC checks. Accounts closed voluntarily cannot be reopened within 30 days of closure.
• Regulatory or Legal Requirement: Where lvvip is required by law, court order, or regulatory direction to suspend or close an account, it will do so without prior notice to the player and without liability for any consequential losses.
